I took my car to Hi-tech to get fixed after a accident a got a quote from them to replace rear bumper and replacing Tow bar That was Bend they had the car for 8 days when I went to pick up my Car the Tow bar was Repaired and not replaced Because the person paying for the accident told the spray painters to Repair and not replace he want to get The quote cheaper
