Bad Day

I stopped at Engen in kloof last night to buy some Choc Mint Hubbly flavour, and the lady behind the counter, young one with make up like Beyonce. said nothing, i said please may i have a choch mint flavour, she got it for me, i took the card machine and put my card in it, she then said "it wont work until it says insert card" i took it out and waited, then it said insert card so i did. she said "why you doing it yourself? " i said because i want to its a new experience. then she turned around a shook her head, i asked her " why are you shaking your head at me? " she turnaround and said " i was shaking a grandpa because i have a head ache" (yeah right who shakes a grandpa with there heads if you have a headache, ) then she took the grandpa, and i said, i hope your headache goes away. she then said "i hope it stays forever i like it, maybe i will die" .. i responded " we can only hope" then my slip came and instead of signing it, i wrote the word "happiness" and then left. what a attitude she had, when dealing with customers you dont need people like that in your business, i hope you do something about her. because shell is right around the corner.
