Incorrect Licensing of a Car bought at the Deale

Ayanda Mqinqi bought a Suzuki Alto at the dealer and was assisted by an Agent named Vasu Naidoo. The price included "On Road Fee", i.e. licensing and registration, to the value of R 4, 500.00. Effectively the On Road Fee meant that the Dealer, Suzuki East London, would license and register the vehicle in the name of Ayanda Mqinqi. However this was erroneously done, instead the car was registered in the Name of Nomso Mqinqi, a sister to Ayanda Mqinqi. Nomso picked this registration error when she was licensing her car. Upon enquiry from Mr Naidoo as to the error, his assertions were that it was the Bank's fault (FNB), however I fail to understand how it can be the bank's fault, whereas the bank debits Ayanda's for the instalment and not Nomso. The error is yet to be resolved by Suzuki East London, Mr Naidoo in particular.

What is concerning is that how many people driving in Suzuki's bought from this dealership that think they actually own their cars, whereas in fact they are registered in someone else's name. In my opinion, incorrectly registering a car in someone else's name without permission is tantamount to. This is the worst experience for a first time car buyer.
