Moving house - totally over paid

This removal company quoted me an amount. I told them complex would not allow truck through and to bring small truck and trailer. This they did not do, so had to bring truck and trailer to the new house. They insisted I pay R400 more. They would not leave until I paid.
I have written letters with no response for this money to be refunded to me. They didnt even remove all the things from my old house.
I was totally ripped off and now they have not got the decency to respond. I want my R400 back. I am battling so much - a recent widow - and this R400 was not in my budget. Please help. I will never use this company and I will never reccommend them to anyone who wants to move.
