Sent an urgent parcel on 10.10.13 via the Drop Box at Chilli Lane PnP Sunninghill. This is supposed to be an overnight service. When I could not track the waybill number online the next day, I emailed customer services exec Chantelise Debruyn who said the driver had never collected from the store but they will collect immediately and same-day the parcel so it will still be delivered on the 11th. The 11th came and went and still no delivery! The waybill number is still not reflecting online, today is now 12.10.13! This makes me look incompetent as to my client it seems as if the parcel was never sent! To make matters worse, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me when using the Drop Box at Chilli Lane! I usually send my deliveries via the post office and use the Drop Box for urgent parcels. Now it seems as if the post office is more reliable than Aramex. Will not be using your service again!
