Caltex Cobble Walk always shocking bad service

This morning again, I was exposed by the shocking service received from Caltex CobbleWalk. This is not an isolated incident. They always have to little attendants that are very slow. You can see the Manager/Owner is not involved in the business at all. This is a residential garage, but with such bad service that we are forced to drive to another area to put in fuel. How can we request the garage to be changed either owner of brand or maybe completely close down?
