Delivered vehicle under spec

I stay in a town that do not have a autopedigree dealer, so went on internet, found car at N1 city dealer. got photo from sales person and proceeded with the purchase. they delivered vehicle, but not the one as per photo. under spec. dont want to cancel deal or give the car in photo and overpriced. bad service/ sale. Will never buy or recommend auto pedigree
