Regretting the compliment I gave

When I bought the BMW520D from EJX I expected it to have working handsfree kit as this comes standard with the car. I even told the sales person about it not working, and asked if they can they repair it. He said no they will not as it is just cosmetics. Little did I know the the whole hansdree kit has been removed. We took the car to BMW to repair the auxillary module on 3 OCt 2013 to repair it. BMW then told us that they cannot repair it because the whole thing is missing (handsfreee kit) and wires are hanging. My husband called EJX to try and sort out and they said they are not going to do anything about it... how's that for service? So basically it is ok for EJX to sell substandard products. All I want is to use have a car that has what it should have.
