Incorrect Beaurau details

I really want to speak to someone from this company. I am listed double on the beaurau for the bank that financed my car and it also shows i owe Satinsky more than what i owe the bank and has an instalment that I don't even know about. I am highly irate and I want this resolved asap as it is affecting my scoring. I tried to call them but no one is willing to assist with this.
