Hyundai tucson-mayor problems Symonds auto p/stead

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from Mr Jos Reyneke who works from a a car dealer called Symonds Auto in Plumstead. He also calls himself assist to sell. The vehicle was delivered to me in November 2012. I asked Mr Reyneke if the car was in a good condition and if we should maybe concider an AA test. He assured me the vehicle was tops. I am disabled and told him that it was extremely important that i didnt break down. The first week i had the vehicle i noticed that it used to cut out when i stopped at a stop street, it has an automatic gearbox so this shouldnt happen. I then went to to a garage to check it out, and they informed that the airfilter was missing and the airfilter box was open, hence the problems i was having. I also noticed that it was not easy to brake, the car took a while to stop if you used the brakes, but i thought maybe i just have to get used to the vehicle. I had to do a long trip in 2 weeks time and decided i had better have this vehicle checked out properly. The outcome was -whole break sytem R4900.00 to repair, and pully that turns the motor completely finished, R2800.00 . Mr Reyneke gave me R1200 back but its not good enough. Beware these guys pass the buck
