Badly let down

As recommended by Honda Bedfordview I took my hail damaged Honda Jazz YBN 749 GP to Impact Panelbeaters in Ophirton on 5 November 2012. Estimator Dan and I agreed that it would be taken in on 14th January 2013 with a very specific, agreed collection date today 25th January. Very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness. My call to him at 09h00 today... 11th hour problems but trying his best. 13h00 same result but a COMMITMENT to phone me at 15h00. 15h30 no call received and no reply from their phone no 011 493 5950/2. Result - no car for the weekend when I have an absolute need for it, hence the original specific deadline. I do not appreciate people who bring their employers into disrepute.
