Tempest Car Hire
Very very very bad service

I was at tempest sandton gautrain on 14 January 2012. Just walked in to check if there was any cars available, at exactly 13.00 pm.
There was a lady alone in the office. She was so pre occupied that when I walked in she seemed genuinely angry. When I inquired about a vehicle, she said "they all dirty". I told her I don't mind waiting, and she said "there are nobody around to clean the vehicles. I then said I am prepared to take a dirty car. I love tempest because they repay the deposit very quickly.
She honestly seemed as if she wanted me to leave. I said I would go to check if budget has cars, she lightened up and encouraged me to go to budget. I went to budget, got excellent welcome, excellent service, they scattered around getting me a vehicle. Thought I would bring it to your attention.
