Inches from rear of my car at 70km/h

Driving towards Bellville on Robert Sobukwe Road at 14h45 on 4/9/2013. A Ram (good pun) Toyota panel van registration YBJ161GP was only inches from the rear of my car at 70km/h. I couldn't change lane immediately due to traffic and ended up driving at 80km/h just to try to increase the gap. The speed limit is 70km/h. I eventually managed to get out of his way and watched as he did the same to the next car that was in his way. This driver needs a strong reprimand and an advanced driver's course before he kills somebody.
