Attendant walked away from me

I was at this garage early this morning
The service I got is appalling and pathetic to say the least. I stood the for about five minutes without service. They were attending to cars that came after me. Eventually I got out to go and find out what the is going on. I saw this guy coming my way who had seen mw before aa hw helped the car next to me which also came after me. I asley what kind of service is this why are you attending to other cars and ignore me. He said I must not talk to him like that otherwise he won't help me. Then I said he must not talk to me like that because I'm a customer and I have every right to be angry and asked him to put petrol in my car he just walked away. I went back to my car and this other guy who said his name was Nkosi came to helpe and apologised for Thulanis behaviour. We don't need people like Thulani in customer service. He is disgusting and barbaric and needs to learn some values and he is not trained.By the way these guys are not in uniform because there is a strike apparently. So he thinks hycan just do as he pleases
