My Vehicle went in for service to Hyundai Edenvale on 02/09/2013 for a service,
The vehicle was collected without a payment being made. Hyundai edenvale release the vehicle to my driver without my driver paying for the service. Their words to him were that payment has been made. I phoned this morning to clarify the situation and I get nothing but a attitude and phone slammed down in my ear by Maritza. If she is not the service co-ordinator then she should be helping customers in the first place.
No the money wont be paid over, I was honest enough to phone and get it sorted out and pay the monies that is owing. now they can go jump in the lake. The service co-ordinator can pay the monies short on her own time.
