I took my car for a service and for repairs to another company, they messed up the vehicle.

Fuad actually identified the actual problems and was more than happy to assist and fix.

He is a very honest man and deals with complete integrity and respect for customers and their belongings.

I was back at the office and could not sort out the alignment and a few small things; and Mr Fuad took it upon himself to do it for me to save me the inconvinience and effort, although it was not his duty to.

I am extremely pleased that in today's crazy world we still get people who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of their customers and help out another individual.
