Barons VW, a place you dont want to go

On the 12th of october 2012 my vehicle was and recovered. on the 19th of october 2012 the assessor authorised the car be moved to Baron's PMB. the assessor, ivan, saw it on the 22nd of october 2012. after much fighting with barons and broken promises of when my car would be ready i eventually told them i was collecting my car on the 14th of november 2012. i was apalled when i got my car. i sent an email the following day to the dealer principal and got no response. neither he nor the workshop manager returned calls nor gave a proper explanation of the lack of workmanship and the unfinished jobs on the car.

they claim the assessor and insurance company didnt allow them to complete their work but i have the quote that was supplied and only 1 item was disallowed. the insurance company paid on the quote as they were told that barons would not release the car without payment.

what they have not done but accepted money for is tantamount to . i cannot get them to return calls even after i reported the matter to vw sa. i am at my wits end.
