Verbal assault

Myself and my girlfriend went to get her car washed at the caltex in gillits.the money was taken with no explanation of the process or any receipt given. Confused we approached the person in charge of the car wash. He was not prepared to hear of complaints and told us to take our money and go. my girlfriend got back into the car and then the car wash manager walked up to her window. He stated that if that was her car he was surprised she had gotten this far in life. The manager of the petrol station was then introduced. He sided with the car wash and offered no sympathy or apology. this needs to be rectified
