Very poor service

I took my BMW325i to this garage up to four times and the problems kept being changed. My vehicle was sctahed and the other day when I went there, my car was not there and when the guy came there were beer bottles in the car. They didn't put back the covers underneath the car and the car was leaking oil. Dates fro collection kept changing and the timing was out causing the car to use average 16l/100km. All in all I paid over R24000 to get a leaking car and powerless car that just gulps petrol. Very bad service indeed.
