Purchasing new ca

We are in the process of purchasing a new car. We went to their branch and immediately found exactly what we were looking for. Within two days we let them know that we would purchase the car. We just asked they please have a look at the brake shudder. They said they would do so.
After looking around a bit we found the same vehicle being sold at other branches and at McCarthy for approximately R30 000 cheaper.
Upon enquiry with Auto-Pedigree Middelburg, the sales lady said oh she forgot about the R30 000 Trade-assist and said she would reduce price by R30 000.
She also mentioned to us that the Auto-Pedigree gives an extra 2 years on the warranty. We were over the moon.
Yesterday we were told that no, the extra 2 year warranty costs R5000 extra. We weren't happy being made to believe that this was something they give without charge. But we agreed to it and said that it would be a good thing to have nevertheless.
Today when my husband was sorting out paper work, it was said to us that another R20 000 or so was added to the price. They just added things like smash and grab and paint insurance and a delivery fee of R4000 which we didn't want, ask for or even made aware of
