Appalling customer service

My personal vehicle was taken for an inspection drive for a trade in and the guy drove through paint which damaged my car and his excuse was that their valet services were closed and there is nothing he could do. Only after emphasising their unprofessional services and that I will not be doing business with such a company he tried to laugh it off and suggested a sarcastic car wash for only the following week. Further the sales person who was suppose to help me had basically no knowledge of the Clio 4 and instilled a complete dislike in the Renault brand.
