A great moving experience from Reliable!

We've been badly burnt by horrendous removals companies in the past - Pickfords, this means you - so we were extremely anxious when it came to choosing a supplier for our latest move.

Reliable came recommended by a friend and, from our initial engagement with Christina over the phone to the final piece of furniture taken from the truck by the crew, the entire event was absolutely painless.

Highly unusual for moving day!

The guys were on time, organised, professional and thorough. They worked quickly, asked questions when they needed to, were polite, kept noise levels down and caused no damage we could see. They were upfront about taking a 30-minute lunch break, and the whole move was over to our satisfaction by 4.30pm.

They are assisting us with a second removal soon, and we're hoping to have an equally satisfactory experience.

In our opinion, Reliable Removals is exactly what their name suggests.
