Always Good, Professional Service

After having many opportunities to put various complaints on Hellopeter, i believe it is also necessary for me to put down compliments.

From my perspective, a general comment on the AA after many years of being a client is that i have always found the call centre staff to be professional and well trained. In addition, the actual service delivery, be it breakdowns, lockouts, dead batteries (to name a few) is always actioned as quickly and effecivelty as i could reasonably expect.

The service offering for me has been great value for money, and the the willingness and ability of the AA to delivery services is absolutely outstanding. I never hesitate to make recommendations to friends and family.

Hope this can/will be maintained going forward.
