Good day, on the 31st July I stopped at your Cotsworld garage in Inanda Road to purchase R200.00 petrol on my cheque account. This morning I check my Internet Banking and noticed that a further R300.00 was taken off my cheque account from the same garage speedpoint - I am hoping that due to some technical fault with your forecourt speedpoints is the reason for this. For the previous R200.00 I have a time attached to that transaction (07H20) yet for the R300.00 there is no time and STD Bank cannot give me a time either.

Standard Bank feel that there is no foul play other then the fact that there may be an issue with your speedpoints. I like to think so too but I would be grateful if someone could investigate this for me and contact me in this regard.
