Bad service!!!

I created a Hello Peter complaint for an issue with my services for my car. Renault reponded to say that they will contact me, but i have not had anyone contact me! They are just responding to posts without actually following through on helping to sort the issue out! I am astounded that Renault has SUCH bad service as this. Stay away if you can.
