No feeback from helpdesk after multiple calls

My parcel has been in the clearance department since Monday Jul 29, 2013 and it's still not cleared waybill/tracking number: 8766923443.

Sunday 28 Jul
Customs payment of R593.66 made
proof of payment send to [Email Removed]

Monday 29 Jul
11:55 receive "Payment Receipt Confirmation - Airwaybill # 8766923443"

Tuesday 30 Jul
Still no movement.
called 0860 345 000 Operator said they will come back to me.
I called back a few hours later. Operator said I had to pay R593.66.
escalated and spoke to Michell Calitz. She requested that I resend my proof of payment directly to her.
Once send, she said that it should clear shortly.

Wednesday 31
Still no movement. after another 5 calls from my side, each one with sorry i will transfer you... and the getting disconnected.

No-one is taking responsibility for this problem, It is simply passing the buck to nowhere.

If you do get hold of someone, the promise to call back but that also does not happen.
