People of South Africa, concerned PAYING CUSTOMERS, Please take note.

If you READ their "Terms and Conditions", their first line states "we are not help responsible or liable for any damages". This is their FIRST LINE of an Agreement... So I'm sure you can guess how their service is. and why this is their first line of an Agreement.. So you have no leg to stand on when your prized posessions arrive in pieces..

I had a BOX Packaged and bubblewrapped and CLEARLY MARKED AS FRAGILE, and stupidly, i expected they'd handle it as such.. It arrived in my Office in Cape Town ON IT'S OWN, not even IN the original Packaging Box, and it's been snapped and Broken! So it's been destroyed by their man-handling of the Box, then Opened to see what the contents are, and then delivered as is!

Naturally the drivers know nothing about it, have no idea where the original Box is, and generally couldn't give a either.. So, unfortunately, another Courier Company who cannot do anything as requested, and yet I still had to pay for this service.

Thanks Timefreight (A Division of DPD Laser Express Logistics).. They must be just as rubbish...
