Don't get caught buying an advertising ca

The car had to get new advertising. When numerous emails were submitted with a change of postal address, we were told this was couriered and given a tracking number. Only to find out this was NEVEr couriers, after many emails and complaints I ended up collecting the advertising for the car myself... TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD COMMUNICATION AND PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST.

My refund payment for two months is still outstanding and the why this has not been done yet is unbelievable. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Best of all an agent from the company call and advises me regarding the photos that need to be submitted and NEGLECTS TO TELL ME ABOUT THE PAYMENT CHANGES... They take it that I agreed on the payment changes but never once during the conversation did the person mention anything about payment changes and best of all when I ask if everything else will remain the same, the agent agrees.

This company is the absolute worst I have ever experiences, as you must alway deal with someone through email, its like that scared to give there number out. Must have a lot of this complaints if they not giving there number out. The number I do have there absolutely no answer.
