Chose the wrong company for my move to the UK!

I narrowed my choices for my move to the UK to two companies, and chose the wrong one! The feedback in the beginning wasn't great and I got hold of Peter Theron who sorted the problem out and asked me to give their company another chance. Due to the good comments on here, I went with them.

The packing team was excellent and must e commended. That's where it stops! Even though mine is part of a groupage, I only accepted their quote on Wilna's assurance that my goods were scheduled to leave SA within the first week of June. This was confirmed to me on e mail. The first week became the second, blamed on weather, then the third blamed on the shippers, then the fourth (even after giving me the ships name which turned out to be incorrect), blamed on the port and then a date of the 4th July. After an email from me on the 4th and the 5th, again no feedback and I am unsure if the ship has actually left or not.

No doubt, they will respond on here giving all the justification that usually comes with the excuses but I have had no constant feedback, dates changed continually, ships names changed continually, me being passed between Cape Town to Jhb and then back to CT, but no goods!
