VW poor service

I took my car in for a service and I asked them to check the airbag light because its always on.

5 days later without my car and I am still waiting for a loan car. Before my car is fixed they ask me to bring back the loan car.

Finally I get my car back and the airbag light is still on and now my brake pads are giving me problems.

After I informed that of all the issues that my car has now they tell me to bring it in for repairs for a period of 3 days and that they do not have a loan vehicle for me to borrow.
