Almost a year later no refund!

I rented a car from Tempest on the 31 Aug 2012 at 17:15 from the Johannesburg branch it was a Ford Figo. It was to be returned on the 03 Sept 2012 which was done and all payments where made.

Problems started a month later after hearing nothing about my refund I got a call to tell me that they are having a problem debiting my account and could i come in so that they debit another account of mine for the amount they were supposed to take and then refund me the total amount due in my initial account.

After NUMEROUS calls to the branch and Alfred (even have his cell number) I still have not been paid back my money instead I'm being sent from pillar to post and I mean its almost a year later. Is this how Tempest treats its clients?? Is this how valuable I am to them?? Could I please get my money back as you guys have your car in excellent condition and have all monies that I owed you. If this matter is not dealt with I will take further action to avoid people being robbed of their monies like this.
