This is to express my disgust with regards to service received from Hyundai Middelburg. I purchased a I20 from them 5 weeks ago. The car had not been serviced before being released to me, tyres were smooth and I had to fight to have new tyres put on, and small parts were missing in the car. If the vehicle goes through a 120 point chech, how come there were so many faults on the car? I am still waiting till today for the cashback on my car which was 'traded in"
The manager Eliese was rude and very unhelpful. Does also not return any phone calls. This is my first and last Hyundai vehicle I will ever purchase. They are quick enough to sell the car to you but when there are problems no one wants to assist. After sales service is pathetic!!!
