Barneys Panel Beaters is a rip off

I have been waiting for my vehicle for more than 5 months after hail damage.when i received my car back it was incomplete and my electronics was in a total mess. I have send my car back every time it was delivered because of unsatisfying results. The feed back i am getting from Leon is that the electronics has been wear out due to "normal wear and tear" everything has been turned around on me and they cant take responsibility for their actions. How can insurance companies use people that incompetent???
