Jeep SA have had my car in for repairs for almost two weeks. they havent even started the repairs. why? parts - they are moving their parts department and cant find the parts. waterpump.do they offer me any assistance in the meantime. no, i have to hire a car and my expense, cos they dont do courtesy cars even if its their mess. not like they dont have a 1000 cars on their second hand floor.
