Horrible service from attendat

On the 13th May 2013 i went to my neighbour hood shell filling station where i always fill up, i requested that the attendant by the name of Achmat fill up my tank, pump my tyres & clean my wind screen. instead he just filled up my tank, pumped only 3 wheels & refused to clean my wind screen because he thought other people were already waiting too long. i refused to leave until i got the service i wanted, a day later i discovered that he pumped the front wheel incorrectly, so my car was pulling to one side. i have always received good service from other guys that have been there for years but this Achmat service was horrible with a adverse attitude.
