Bought vehicle

I bought a Tata Indica on 16 March 2013 through No Limit Racing in Pretoria. Gulio Promised to get the vehicle registred on my name. A copy of the natis was emailed by Mignon who works at No limit racing. Till today this vehicle is STILL not registered in my name, I went tho the SAPS in krugersdorp and this vehicle is still in the name of Deep Blue Shipping and I can't drive with this vehicle because I don't have any papers only a copy of natis on their name. I paid cash on the 16 th March and for more than two months I haven't been able to get hold of Gulio for the papers. He is using two cell phone numbers and he never answers his phone and when I phone the office he is never there. What can I do with a vehicle for which I paid cash and I can't get it registered. I need some help because I opened a docket at the SAPS to assist me. I want my money back so that I can buy another vehicle. This was the worse after client service ever and I hope that I can make people aware of this service.
