Hyosung GV650 bought but no delivery

On the 22nd April 2013 we went to Cayenne to purchase a brand new Hyosung GV650. We were dealing with Sean Powell and the service that we received on that day was out of this world. We were told initially, on that day that the bikes may even arrive at Cayenne within a week as the bikes are "already on the water" from Korea. It is now almost 4 weeks later and still we have not received our bike. We were told, and we have the necessary evidence, thart this week Saturday, without a doubt we will take ownership of the bike. We contacted the dealer principal today, as to confirm this, just to be told that "The GV650's are scheduled to arrive before the end of the month according to our logistics guys". Cayenne please give us the correct information, as we bought our bike cash, but still we do not know where we stand??

Surely we would like to avoid the whole process of taking delivery of a new bike as an unpleasant experience as it has always been our dream oneday to buy a bike from you guys. Awaiting a positive reply before we take this matter further.
