I was involved in an attempted hi-jacking resulting in damage to my car and tyre. VW quoted for all including tyre which insurance approved. Upon completion VW failed to tell me that the tyre was not changed as per quote but instead mislead me but saying I was being given a discount. Deceitful! There after I contacted them and complained about them misleading me. I was told they would urgently get a tyre for me as my claim would soon close, however I had to constantly call to enquire status - POOR SERVICE SKILLS and MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT EXPECTATIONS. It has been 3 weeks and nobody takes this seriously - and keep making false promises and then don't call me.
