I arrived every excited this morning at Merc Bryanston for their test drive the A Class day only to spend close to an hour sitting while sales consultants went around us asking everyone else if they have been assisted. Now firstly to try and carry out an event like this without some form of structure to allow those who arrive first to get helped first was rather counter productive but to subject a prospective client to this blatant discrimination was rather shocking not to mention disappointing.
