Car broke down after 2 weeks i bought it

I steve magoro bought jeep cherokee from tovani trading auto on the 2nd of april 2013, on the 16th of april 2013 the car broke down, when i called tovani trading auto they told me i mist fix the car myself, when i said i'll report the matter to national consumer commission they said they'll fix the car, now tovani trading auto want.me to pay R7000 out of R19000 qoutation that they received.
