Not paying Leaves Days to former employees

Unpaid leave days from Agency (Mabhoko Services & Consultant) that I worked under from 01/06/2011 to 31/12/2012 as they were a Agency under Telkom SA SOC.They Contract with Telkom was terminated in 31/12/2013 & during the due cause month od December 2012 when they informed us that their contract with Telkom will be terminated, we were promised to be paid out our Leaves Days in due cause ever since then they haven't paid us at all. We've filled a case with Labour Court since February 2013 & until today no progress & no payments of our leaves days. We've tracked/traced our case with Mabhoko through Labour recently & Our case with Mabhoko will be taken to High Court sooner or later and Labour has confirmed with us that Mabhoko Services & Consultants has REFUSED TO PAY OUT OUR LEAVE DAYS but didn't had a reason as to why they are refusing to PAYOUT.

Another issue is that they have never submitted our IRP5's to SARS since we were employed under them & we are awaiting to claim our Tax Returns, I requested my IRP5 in March 2013 directly to Marco Mahlangu "Chairman" & in 2 July 2013 I requested for my IPR5 again yet I've never received it & they haven't given feedback
