Unscrupulous Business Conduct Against an emerging SMME

On the 7th of January 2022 we paid R343 360 to Rozess for their Platinum option for various Slimming technology machines to be used at our new Business and according to the contract it was supposed to take them a maximum of 8 weeks to deliver and install the equipment at our new environment, to date (3 months later) they have not delivered and they are not even willing to explain what is causing the delay. We called them today to request our money back due to them not honouring the contract and they referred us to the non-refund clause on the contract but that's not applicable as they have not kept to our agreement.

The purpose of this is to make unsuspecting people aware of how uncrupulous Rozess is and to avoid loosing their hard earned money. We have escalated the matter to the relevant authorities and will let the process take its cause until the R343 360 is paid back into our Business account.
