Horrific hair straightening

Went to henwood rd salon lisa, paid R1500 for permanent hair straightening.spent 9and a half hours in the salon from hell.the hygiene of salon is appaling.damp smelly towels dirty hair brushes hair on floor.hair dryers and hair ironsleft on floor repeatedly.questions asked were ignored and no explanation or curtesy offered.i had to put up with listening to the constant whining and complaining of the rude overworked staff while having my hair pulled in different directions by two of them.my hair still feels course in certain places .definatly not what was promised when i made appointment.other clients at the salon were there to have treatment redone because of the same reason, course hair after spending over R1000 .staff either act like they don't understand u or choose to ignore u.appalling standards
