Seriously ridiculous service

My parcel was supposed to arrive 23 Feb. But as it was a Saturday I was told this week. When I tried calling them yesterday apparently the suppliers were not available so I was going to be called back. Well I'm still waiting for the call and I'm still waiting for my parcel. Honestly Groupon, don't exist if you can't deliver. Sure, vouchers and that type of thing you deliver cos it's virtual, BUT stuff that needs to be delivered, poor showing!
