Cancel shoot 30min before function

I was booked on the 2nd August to cover a breakfast with photography on 17 August. 30 min before the function I get a call to state my services are no longer required. I had given an invoive 10 days prior to event for payment. They did not pay anything. I declined other paid shoots as I was committed to this function. I am now out of pocket for everything.
Lesego just did not want to listen to what I had to say. Just says I am her customer, yet I was nice not to request full payment or deposit up front. Also the venue given to me was different from advertised on their website... [URL Removed] I urge all photographers and video people not to work woth this company. Wants services almost for free and then also not pay you.
