Deducting airtime illagaly

I was surfing the internet when I received a text saying welcome to mobthumb subscription fee is R20 per day to unsubscribe send thumb stop to 37445. Support at [URL Removed] or call 0213009895. I then unsubscribed as soon as I could but they had already taken R115-00 out my airtime. I contacted them and asked for a refund they said I would not get my money back and put the phone down. I then contacted Wasper on 011-4767710 and they said they would log a complaint. I have heard nothing from them as of yet. I need advice on how I can get my money back as I did not subscribe to mobthumbs in the first place. Thanks any advice would be appreciated
