I had my birthday party at Rhapsody's centurion on Thursday the 19th December 2013; I made a booking for 30 people which mean they made loads of money from just 1 customer!! After an evening of fun and celebration I went to the bar to get a drink, I was treated so badly by a lady behind the bar!! ...

Upon the arrival at the restuarant we chose our seating, while seated; the manager denied us the seating arguing that we should sit elsewhere eventhough that was the prefered loci; and the table was not reserved.
