I understand that a new iphone will always have a long list of people waiting for it, and I was more than willing to wait. My problem is, that I put my name on various waiting lists, as soon as Vodacom anounced the launch date.
I am still waiting. What really gets on my nerves is the fact that Vodacom does not give their clients any feedback at all. I have to keep calling the stores to find out if stock is available, and the answer is always, "We are waiting for stock." When I try to find out when they are expecting stock the answer is "We don't know".
Many of Vodacom's problems would be solved if they just gave their customers some feedback!
My contract expires in Feb, and if I still don't have an iphone 5 by end of Jan. I will be moving to another service provider. Their customer service can't be any worse...
