I have noticed over the last few months that my account was debited From Mobimoola, a cash loan company.
With this debit taking place, they also send thru debits under the name Dial 24. I had a account for a cell phone service which was cancelled in 2006, now all of a sudden my account had deductions for no apparent reason. I have to wait 21 days for a refund - no interest refundable, but if they lend out my money which was illegally deducted from my account, they charge interest. (public funding a cash loans company without consent) This is outright. I have contacted them a few times, with no avail, the debit orders just keep going thru. In the process of their illegal game they are playing (finance without interest), my legitimate debit orders are returned and my name get listed by the credit bureau.
NB. Even thou Hello Peter request that I complete this for to say that I am a customer of Mobimoola, I am not. Mobimoola is taking money from my account without consent from me. I never had any dealings with Mobimoola before.
