I have a cellphone contract with Vodacom, I opened the contract on 28 February 2012. So, which means that my cellphone is still under warranty as the contract is only a year old. My Blackberry started to give me problems, I lost signal permanently, I took the Blackberry to the Vodacom branch in Nelspruit. The consultant said that they will contact me after 21 working days, 21 working days passed, no phone call from Vodacom. I contacted them, they told me that I must come in and get my phone. When I got there, they said that my Blackberry can not be repaired unless I pay R 1800. I then asked them if it would not be possible to upgrade my contract, they refused.
I am now paying for something that I do not have, a service that I can not use.
I have a very bad experience with Vodacom and Blackberry after the above mentioned.
